Our journey

ānanda was born amidst the serene beauty of the Himalayan foothills. It all started with a journey to Nepal, where my husband and I immersed ourselves in the region's natural wonders. Surrounded by the rarefied air of high altitudes, we found ourselves tending to goats in remote mountain villages and sharing contemplative moments with Tibetan Buddhist monks.

Here, we forged bonds with a family deeply rooted in cashmere sourcing and production, unraveling the narrative that would become ānanda.
